At BM Auto Detailing, your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website, book a service, or communicate with our team.
1. Service Refunds
- Once a detailing service has been completed, refunds are generally not available, as services are customized and performed on-site.
- If you are not fully satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess your concern and may offer a partial refund or complimentary re-service when appropriate.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors, duplicate payments, or cancellations made prior to service (see below).
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before arrival are non-refundable.
3. Weather Policy
If weather conditions (rain, storms, or extreme heat) prevent us from completing your service, we’ll happily reschedule your appointment at no cost. Refunds are only offered if rescheduling isn’t possible.
4. Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Inter Active Detailing reserves the right to present all service records, booking confirmations, and communication logs to verify the completed work and adherence to this policy.
